ABOUT US

For 63 years, the Lord has kept the church of Christ growing and serving in the City of Pompano Beach. Since its humble beginnings, the 15th Street Church of Christ continues to heed our Savior’s great commission to “go into all the world and preach the gospel…” We are a vibrant and loving body of believers from various walks of life, striving to allow God to work in us and help us become all he has called us to be.

We believe that our mission is clear. We are here to R.E.A.C.H.

As Christians, we believe in the Bible as the inspired inerrant word of God (2 Timothy 3:16,17). We believe that it is God’s desire that all men be saved and, in order to be saved one must hear the gospel of Jesus Christ and believe it (Mark 16:15, 16; Hebrews 11:6); repent of one’s sins (Luke 13:3; Acts 2:38); confess Jesus Christ to be the son of God (Matthew 10:32,33; Acts 8:36,37) and be baptized through immersion in water (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:15; Acts 2:38, Acts 8:38). Upon your obedience to his word, we believe that the Lord will add you to his body which is his church (Acts 2:47). Of course, that is just the beginning of a person’s walk with the Lord; but we also believe that God is faithful and that He will finish the work that He starts in every Christian who remains faithful to Him.
